Aldi. Aldi's Pro Nature Only Oat Milk (75p for 1 litre) is a basic oat milk – containing only oats and milk… As you might expect from oat milk made from just oats and water, there isn't a whole lot going on. It's not sweet, just oaty, but I personally found this milk a bit too thin and watery for my tastes.

Nutritionists warn that just because oat milk ice cream sounds healthy, it’s still an indulgent dessert with potentially as many calories as a serving of Haagen-Daazs ice cream, according to MarketWatch. So try not to eat the whole container by yourself in one sitting. Whether you are vegan, lactose intolerant, or just enjoy trying new and different foods, Aldi’s oat milk-based frozen dessert looks like it’s worth a try.
The Aldi oat milk is so much creamier than those, or even other brands of oat milk I've tried. I've even been using it to make some homemade boba tea style drinks and it's great in that too. Highly recommended in my household!
Bobby Soto Bio, Aldi’s whole milk carries a “no artificial growth hormones pledge,” although there isn’t much detail on where Aldi’s milk is sourced. Not to mention, the added insult on top of injury by the company then trying to deny the entire situation had occurred, and instead attempting to scapegoat me in the process.
Lidl’s Just Free Unsweetened Oat Milk (89p for 1 litre) is similar to Aldi’s oat milk. Both in terms of minimal ingredients, and the fact it has no added vitamins or minerals. The milk itself is thin and watery, and not particularly creamy. In terms of taste, it’s not sweet, which is a big plus point for me. It’s acceptable in tea.
Dynan cites a study in men which found that drinking about three cups of oat milk daily over five weeks reduced total blood cholesterol by 3% and "bad" LDL cholesterol by 5%. Another study observed that, on average, consuming three grams of oat beta-glucans daily lowered "bad" LDL blood cholesterol by 5-7%.
I can say, though, that Aldi milk tends to be on par, and that the milk I find at Aldi usually has expiration dates as far into the future as other stores I’ve been to. The Verdict: As it does with other staples, like bread and eggs , Aldi delivers milk that looks and tastes just like its competitors, and usually (although not always) for a better price.
Alpro Longlife Oat Milk is a pretty standard oat milk, coming in a one liter carton and having been fortified with calcium and vitamin D. Unfortunately, there’s not a lot to distinguish it or set it apart from the rest of the competition, which lands it farther down in the rankings.

It tastes like a cross between graham crackers and a granola bar. This oat milk is very thin, and almost red, looking like just a splash of milk has been added to the coffee. At first, it does not have a lot of acidity, but it becomes almost unbearable as it sits. And the taste of oat takes over the coffee. 2/5.
Not super sweet, but also not completely devoid of that tell-tale oat-y taste. It has a nice, balanced flavor profile (+1), and is pretty creamy (+1). The taste was similar to that of Silk’s soy milk, and had the kind of consistency I actually enjoyed drinking straight from a glass.
