There is a study about introducing cow’s milk before age one and iron deficiency- with the iron deficiency causing the delays (not specifically the cow’s milk, and not after age one). I’d do my own research before actually changing your son’s diet- I think you’ll find there is actually no support that cow’s milk causes speech delays.
