Add 3–4 drops of red food coloring to white frosting. Then add 2–3 drops of yellow for a “white” or Caucasian skin color. Assuming you mean caucasian? You may need to experiment a little to color match but white frosting and yellow and red colorings will get you there.

When mixing color, always mix a small amount of color to experiment. Start with base color and then add very small amounts of secondary color. Be sure to mix enough color for the cakes to be decorated as it is difficult to match an exact color. Icing Colors are highly concentrated, which gives frosting rich coloring without disturbing consistency.
I've simply added more or less food coloring to the same amount of icing for darker or lighter shades. 1. 2 parts buckeye brown and 1 part coal black. 2. 3 parts buckeye brown and 1 part forest green. 3. 3 parts buckeye brown and 1 part neon brite green. 4. 3 parts buckeye brown and 2 parts gold. 5. buckeye brown.
If that's not quite right you could add a little pink (not Wilton rose) and some yellow, as most skin tones have those shades in them. This is just guessing, but the only thing I'm sure of is the copper. Add a bit of copper. I would try a little little bit of copper, and if it's two dark, some yellow.
