This biscuit joiner from Ryobi is a fine tool for occasional trim carpentry and basic woodworking projects. This biscuit joiner is heavy and poorly balanced, but the D-handle is comfortable to grip. The fence adjusts to angles from 0 to 135 degrees with detents at 45 and 90 degrees.

This biscuit joiner is heavy and poorly balanced, but the D-handle is comfortable to grip. The fence adjusts to angles from 0 to 135 degrees with detents at 45 and 90 degrees. The height adjustment reaches a full 2 in. Although there was some play in the base of this joiner, it otherwise seemed well-made.

I have had this biscuit joiner the (JM82) for a few months and it has worked well. It’s easy to adjust and handle. It seem a little more powerful than a porta cable one that I had used, it get up to full speed quicker than the PC. The case is nice, but the bag location is a little awkward.
The fence is adjustable from 0 to 135 degrees and the fence height can be set from 0 to 2 inches. It can easily handle number 0, 10, and 20 biscuits and comes with a detachable dust bag. I run it detached, and hook it up to my dust collector via a very flexible hose. The power cord is ten feet long and the motor draws 6.4 amps.
